    SECTION 2 – SHIPPING COSTS

    The shipping costs are calculated for each artwork based on the largest product in your cart. For full details, please refer to our shipping cost matrix:

    * Customs costs are not covered. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, UAE).

    SECTION 3 – SECURE SHIPPING

    We ensure safe and fast shipping, including shipment tracking with our trusted partners.

    As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow your order in real time.

    SECTION 4 – RETURNS

    If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

    • Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.
    • Product condition: The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.

    Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) using the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for more information.
