REFUND POLICY

At Mind The Gap Label (MTG), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return policy that aligns with European and French consumer protection laws.

SECTION 1 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under European and French law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you received your product. This is known as the "right of withdrawal". You do not need to provide any reason for the cancellation.

The following conditions apply:

  • 14-day period: The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the product.
  • Return process: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at office@mindthegaplabel.com.
  • Exemptions: Some products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as custom-made or sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS AND SHIPPING COSTS

If you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

  • Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless otherwise agreed with us.
  • Condition of the product: The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS

If you exercise your right to cancel your order, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, including the original shipping costs (if applicable). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another method.

SECTION 4 - EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

There are certain exceptions where the right of return does not apply:

  • Custom-made products: Products that are personalized or custom-made according to your specifications.
  • Sealed products: If you have opened a sealed product (such as a CD or software) after receiving it, the right of return may no longer apply.
  • Perishable goods: Items that are time-sensitive, such as food, cannot be returned once opened.
