SECTION 1 – DELIVERY TIME
Orders are prepared and dispatched within:
- 1 to 3 working days for artworks in stock
- 2 to 4 weeks for made-to-order or custom artworks
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times depend on your location:

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping costs are calculated for each artwork based on the largest product in your cart. For full details, please refer to our shipping cost matrix:
View Shipping Cost Matrix* Customs costs are not covered. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, UAE).
⚠️ Remote Areas: Extra shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote or non-standard zones such as French overseas territories (e.g., La Réunion, Guadeloupe), the Canary Islands, and other outlying regions. You will be notified if this applies before your order is shipped.
SECTION 3 – SECURE SHIPPING
We ensure safe and fast shipping, including shipment tracking with our trusted partners.
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow your order in real time.
SECTION 4 – RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise.
- Product condition: The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) using the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for more information.
SECTION 5 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY
Some exceptions apply where the right to return does not apply:
- Custom-made products: Personalized or made-to-order items made according to your specifications.
