    Shipping and Returns

    At Mind The Gap Label (MTG), we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. We offer clear and straightforward shipping and return policies to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase.

    SECTION 1 - DELIVERY TIME

    The delivery time for your order will depend on your location and the size/type of the products ordered:

    • France : 2 to 6 working days
    • EU: 3 to 10 working days
    • Worldwide: 8 to 16 working days
    • Customs Orders: Usually about 4 weeks after the payment clearence.

    * Delivery time may vary and depends on the ordered product size & product type.

    SECTION 2 - SHIPPING COSTS

    The shipping costs are calculated for each artworkbased on the largest product in your shopping cart. Please refer to the shipping cost matrix for full details:

    * Customs costs are not covered. Customs costs may be incurred when importing orders from outside the EU, such as deliveries to Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, UAE.

    SECTION 3 - SECURE SHIPPING

    We ensure safe and fast shipping, including shipment tracking with our trusted shipping partners:

    Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number by email, allowing you to track the delivery in real-time.

    SECTION 4 - RETURNS

    If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

    • Return shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with us.
    • Product condition: The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

    Once the return has been processed and received by us, you will be refunded the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Read the Refund Policy for more information.
